  1. The Republicans are defending not only racism, in order to preserve and advance it, but have also -- against the Constitution itself -- promoted political violence. Political violence is TERRORISM. That is all a a matter of LAW. Specifically, in the Constitution: "Art. I., s. 8., C. 15. The Congress shall have Power To provide for calling forth the Militia[/National Guard] to execute [ENFORCE] the Laws of the Union, [and] SUPPRESS INSURRECTION.

  2. Is there a "right" to protest against that which isn't happening: "Critical Race Theory" is taught EXCLUSIVELY in college and university LAW SCHOOLS. The purpose of "Critical Race Theory" is to identify systemic racism. The Republicans are defending systemin racism against it being exposed. There is no question that there is systemic racism. Only racist white supremacists deny it.
