  1. Thhe Constitution was ratified in 1789 -- so is still in effect. The "Bill of Rights" was ratified in 1792 -- so is still in effect. There "argument" is a rejection of law, which is exacltly what criminals do.

They aren't a militia -- which you'd know if you bothered to read the Constitution, which among other things stipulates that the Militia enforces the laws and suppresses insurrections, and that the Militia is armed by CONGRESS. In sum, the legitimate Militia is regulated UNDER Constitutions and laws -- both Federal and state. These moorons REJECT the rule of law, especially the US -- except for the LIED AGAINST Second Amendment. Their spew is entirely law-illiterate and incoherent.
