Their leader is already facing criminal charges in Rhode Island. And they occupied an empty building, justifying it under giberish pseudo-law, and are being sued by the bank that owns it.

They exist to protect public health and safety, because there is no individual "right" to endanger those. And these "Rise of the Moorons" violated a whole slew of laws, inclduing Federal.

There are no grounds for suit against the state: these moorons were arrested for violating a slew of laws, including unregistered motor vehicles driven without licenses, and no required IDs for gun possession.
