Recommend your read it for the first time in your life. Focus on Art. I., S. 8., C. 15 & 16. In short, law-illiterate, LEGITIMATE militia are UNDER the law, not criminal felons opposed to the rule of law.

As example, the Second Amendment applies to the ste's WELL-REGULATED, under BOTH US and state constitutions and laws, the commander-in-chief of which is the state's GOVERNOR. AND, the ARMING of the state's Militia is by CONGRESS. Did CONGRESS "arm" these moorons via the state's gov't/Militia/National Guard of which they are NOT members?

  9. UNDER LAW, the January 6 attack on the Capitol -- and many were ARMED -- was an INSURRECTION, which the Founders classifed as TREASON, and sentenced the insurrectionists to DEATH. See "Shays's" and "Whiskey" insurrections -- the latter of which was SUPPRESSED by LEGITMATE well-regulated Militia, lead by George Washington, AFTER the Second Amendment was ratified.

  16. They clai the state of Rhode Island is their sovereign territory. The vast majority of Rhode Islanders, and the law, disagree with them. And the leader is facing pending criminal charges in Rhode Island. He's going to be in deeper hot water if he is in jail in Massachusetts and misses his court date in Rhose Island.
