  9. I'll add that the 1964 Civil Rights Act and 1965 Voting Rights Act were shepherded through Congress and signed by a white president. So not voting based on what is actually laziness has impact. Trump rescinded the 1965 LBJ Executive Order implementing the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, and by doing so made discrimination "legal" again. Who was it said that voting ain't worth doing because those elected ain't gonna do nothin' for ya?

Trump is a failed businessman, a democratic gov't is not a business or to be run "like a business," and actual economists across the political spectrum explain how tariffs work AND point to the fact that Trump is WRONG about how they work. Add in that beyond being ineducable Trump is a constant liar. Except for now and then, as when he said to his supporters: "I don't care about you, I just want your vote."
