He is appealing DIRECTLY to ignorant peoples' BIGOTRIES against Blacks and people with disabilities. But that isn't what HIRING is about; DEI simply prohibits discrimination against those traditionally excluded from CONSIDERATION for jobs based on their ABILITIES not on the traditional bigotries which discount them. But he means, first and foremost, NON-WHITES -- BLACKS. And EVERYONE -- including YOU -- KNOW his racist history so KNOW he means Black.

  14. This crash had white pilots. You're missing the point. DEI is being mischaracterized as another form of "Affirmative Action," which was always falsely characterized as being ONLY FOR BLACKS. None of that is true. Trump is claiming that DEI is about giving jobs to the unqualified. And that always means Black.
