  1. The indictment is based on EVIDENCE which constitutes sufficient probable cause -- a standard that already exists in law; not on the fact that Trump isn't liked, or the fact that Trump is a third-generation New York con-man and career criminal. Now the EVIDENCE will be tested IN COURT.
