  1. Using weapons carries legal liability. Everyone has rights -- not only the law-illiterate "righteous". Recording phone calls for use as evidence depends on state law. Better those being harassed/stalked get the advice of those who actually deal with these things, instead of some following the "advice" if some anonymous vigilante posting an unreadable single-paragraph comment.
