@BrianRooney-zh6hl How many of Trump's children worked in the White House despite lack of qualifications? And who did Trump put in charge of the RNC? A member of his family.

The judiciary is to ABOVE politics -- not "bipartisan". That is FUNDAMENTAL to our system off laws: "Justice and the Rule of Law are to be ABOVE politics." -- John Adams. "A system of Laws, and not of men." -- John Adams. The oath of office is to the Constitution, not to ANY person.

@BrianRooney-zh6hl No, because it is a STATE case, all of which has been explained numerous times. But those who deliberately avoid knowing the facts on which Trump was convicted of the 34 felonies probably missed that explanation. For one, there is no special counsel in the New York state criminal case against Trump. And weren't in the other New York state cases he lost. For another, there are two levels of gov't: the Federal, and the state/s. The Federal pardon power doesn't affect state prosecutions and convictions. An example is the Federal indictment of Steve Bannon for ripping off Trump supporters with his "Build the Wall" scam. Instead of protecting his supporters, Trump pardoned Bannon. But almost immediately after Bannon is released from prison for his conviction of contempt of Congress, he will be criminally tried on essentially the same extensive fraud charges in New York state court. A president cannot pardon state convictions.

Gad, the continuous misreporting: ALL the documents Trump STOLE belong TO THE GOV'T. SOME -- NOT ALL -- were classified. Makes no difference: ALL those documents, regardless classification status, BELONG TO THE GOV'T.
