  1. It can't be proven that there's a "God," so leave "God" out of it. The problem at the core of this case is (1) so-called "reliigon", and (2) those who are sucjers for it when, (3) used to hide behind a criminal conspiracy. Both Vallow and Daybel KNOW their their "religious" hucum is nonsense. But it was useful as a cover, and means to hoodwink the gullbiles who believe in "religious" hocum. All of whom reject personal resonsibility. So it is absurd to assert "religion" against "religion" as if that will somehow affirm "religion".

  2. Totally off-point, resulting from an ignorance of law. There is no "getting off on a technicality" with the amount of evidence already produced. You focus on a non-exitent -- and unidentified -- "tachnicality". What he is doing is testifying to his qualfications to form INFORMED opinion, based upon the the facts.

  3. Used agains the prosecutor? The prosecutor is not a party to the case either as plaintiff or defendant. The prosecutors "client" is the law, and "We the people". It isn't LAW to personalize these matters; it is gibberish non-law gutter politics.
