  1.  @Hypn0s2  The current president won't. It is finally being seen by many more that pardoning Nixon was a mistake. Some of us saw that most recently when G. Dui Bushit made the claim that the president can legally do things outside the constraints of the Constitution. That was simply a restatement of Nixon's, "If a president does it, then it isn't illegal." That's not what the Founders said: a president is subject to impeachment -- indictment -- and removal. So are Federal judges including those on the Supreme Court.

  2. The video was stored on hard drives. Flooding the server room might kill the hard drives, but wouldn't affect the data on them.
