Comments by "J Nagarya" (@jnagarya519) on "Steve Bannon's Humiliating Loss All But Guarantees Prison Time" video.
The Committee could get him to tell the truth by giving him a free fifth -- of whiskey.

Sentence him to serve his sentence in the drunk tank.

It's an open-and-shut case: he was subpoenaed to produce documents and testify under oath. He blew off the subpoena.

@Yourmomshassole A pardon cannot be granted for crimes committed after the pardon is granted. If such a pardon existed Bannon WOULD HAVE SAID SO. Instead, he's going to trial, despite his best -- specious -- efforts to get out of it. Period. Full stop. End of story.

It is spelled "Bannon".

If he did he'd have said so and produced it

@Yourmomshassole The pardon was for the "Build the Wall" case.

@Yourmomshassole Repeating that obvious falsehood won't make it a fact. He was given a pardon for the "Build the Wall" scam, for which he was under indictment. If he had a pardon for the contempt of Congress he would have saved lawyer's fees by producing it.

@Yourmomshassole He doesn't have a pardon or he would have produced it. A pardon does not apply to crimes not yet committed. Do the math: Trump was out of office as of January, 2021. Congress subpoenaed Bannon in October, 2021.

@Yourmomshassole No pardon applies to future crimes. For the last time, dunce: follow the calendar: Biden took office in January, 2021. Bannon was subpoenaed in October, 2021.

@Yourmomshassole I have an education in law, and this has been explained by other legal professionals: Pardons DO NOT apply to future crimes. PERIOD. FULL STOP. Biden took office in January, 2021. Bannon was subpoenaed by the Committee in October, 2021. Trump was no longer in office as of January, 2021, so COULD NOT pardon Bannon in October, 2021 for his contempt of Congress. And the HARD EVIDENCE is in front of your face: If Bannon had a pardon, he would not be facing trial and jail for the two FELONY contempt charges. He would not be attempting to get around that by saying he's willing to comply with the subpoena from a Committee he has called ILLEGITIMATE. You have freedom of choice: you can choose to stop the stupid.

And the Committee responded to Bannon: produce the documents subpoenaed, then we'll consider your testifying under oath.
