Biden took office in January, 2021. Bannon was subpoenaed by the Committee in October, 2021. Trump was no longer in office as of January, 2021, so COULD NOT pardon Bannon in October, 2021 for his contempt of Congress. And the HARD EVIDENCE is in front of your face: If Bannon had a pardon, he would not be facing trial and jail for the two FELONY contempt charges. He would not be attempting to get around that by saying he's willing to comply with the subpoena from a Committee he has called ILLEGITIMATE. You have freedom of choice: you can choose to stop the stupid.
