  1. She did not boo. She asked a question because it was said to be but not conducted as a town hall -- a public event. It was "Republicans only can speak".

  2. The town hall was run by the Republican Party. Most of there were Republicans -- which is why they didn't intervene: "Free speech for me, not for thee."
