  1. The Republicans are attacking civil rights on bullshit grounds while accusing the "Left" of doing so. Trump rescinded the 1965 LBJ Executive Order implementing the anti-discrimination Equal Employment Opportunity Act. DEI is simply the implementation of Federal anti-discrimination law. Their ultimate target for nullification -- the 1965 Voting Rights Act is already dead -- is the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which is the foundation for all anti-discrimination law. And that is only the beginning for "The Federalist Society," which is intent on imposing its fascist New Dark Ages on the nation and world.
