  1.  Josh Edmonds  ASSHOLE: the taxpayers IN THE STATES paid for the FEDERAL stockpile and therefore OWNS it. The FEDERAL gov't has the authority -- AND RESPONSIBILITY to deal with national multi-state logistics. Trump knows as little about the Constitution as you -- which ignorance is TOTAL. The Federal gov't is the RESULT of the states; ti exists to meet the needs of "We the people" who are IN THE STATES.

  2.  @MkII-cw3rw  Did you miss the 3 million masks that were bought by the Massachusetts taxpayers that were SEIZED by FEMA? And what is FEMA doing with them? Distributing them NOT to the states, but to private businesses who are selling them back to the taxpayers a second time -- except that the states are in a chaotic bidding war over them.
