  1. There are all sorts of ethical violations by Trump's lawyers: Cippolone and Sekulow have been named by Parnas - with documentation -- as witnesses. One cannot be both lawyer for the defense, and a witness for the prosecution. Presenting known falsehoods in a trial. The theory of the case is required to accommodate all the EVIDENCE, not simply ignore it by name-callings against the irrelevant.

  2. I don't know, or know of, any human who can predict the unknowable future. And one should be careful not to predict anything one doesn't want, as that might tend to be a self-fulfilling prophecy.
