Of course not -- Trump is as ever lying that he will.

Trump's retributive flatulence: the judge gagged Trump, so Trump is gagging everyone in his vicinity.

John Dean is a national treasure. And I lived through "Watergate" as a mid-20s young adult, and followed the Senate and House hearings intently both on TV and in the print media.

@paulaitix77 John Dean was the exception: he was the one who admitted his part in the crimes while testifying publicly during the House impeachment hearing. His were major revelations. He accepted his sentence and did his time. As for the video where Nixon said, "I am not a crook!" -- he later had to pay up for having committed the crime of tax evasion. You obviously don't know anything about the "Watergate" crimes and how Nixon was directly involved, along with AG John Mitchell, who was also the chair of the Nixon re-election committee "C.R.E.E.P.," and who as chair -- while also AG -- provided the hush money to the burglars. John Mitchell also did prison time. These "True Believers" who'll do anything in defense of anti-Americanism and criminality -- Weaselberg is doing a second stint at Riker's, his time for perjury where Trump put him -- need to be kept out of politics.

@roxannemitchell6112 Trump is a wreck, and exhausted. And he complains about not being "allowed" to campaign; but on Wednesday, when NOT in court, he played golf.

@Hadenufyet He did his jail time without complaint.

@paulaitix77 Nope. During his testimony to the House Committee on the Impeachment of Richard Nixon he admitted his culpability. He was the only one to do that. And the only one to accept his sentence and serve his time without complaint. I was in my mid-20s during "Watergate" -- and had for years prior as opponent of US involvement in Vietnam, been "out to get" Nixon for years. The "Watergate" hearings were riveting -- I wish the networks, or at least PBS, would release them, complete and unedited, so that younger generations could be accurately informed about the scandal instead of taking sides and making allegations based on political biases. The first REPUBLICAN to break with the party and vote for an Article of Impeachment was Cohen, of Maine. That gave permissions for other Republicans to show that same courage. Today they are all chickenshit. John Dean is also a national treasure on the law, especially administrative law and separation of powers. We don't throw away valuable legal knowledge and analysis when it is correct only because the messenger is flawed.

@detroit12870 Pecker DETAILED the crime: ELECTION FRAUD. This case is pretty much the same as the FEDERAL prosecution of Cohen -- which included ELECTION FRAUD. The DIFFERENCE is that Garr can't intervene in state prosecutions the way he did in the FEDERAL prosecution in order to exclude TRUMP -- who was "Individual 1" -- one of Cohen's CO-CONSPIRATORS.

@GillieWilson-ze2df That's as it has been all along, which is why he has consistently lost in court. Trump is all and always politics, which does not work in the judicial branch. "Justice and the Rule of Law are to be ABOVE politics." -- John Adams.

@GillieWilson-ze2df He WILL NOT testify.
