  1. The DOJ has no authority to overturn elections. Only Congress and the Judiciary would arguably have such authority.

  2.  @roguectgarbeled2872  The Judiciary can rule on election disputes, but not "oust" a president. Only Congress can impeach, convict, and remove a president.

  3.  @DynaCatlovesme  In the Constitution, election "tie" disputes are addressed by Congress. But there is nothing in law that allows overturning certified elections: there are state rights involved that the Federal gov't can't infringe. Elections are conducted by state gov't, not the Federal -- and not the political parties.
