Comments by "J Nagarya" (@jnagarya519) on "'Mr. President, I apologize': Rep. Maloney apologizes to Biden for comments" video.
@markbrayX Especially when out of context, as that is.

When you're 75 and experience your attitude from others you'll have a different response.

@RobertVeasquez I was born in 1948: do the math. A week ago a nurse said to me, "You're no spring chicken" -- the first time anyone has ever said that to me. I responded that when I was young, I rode bicycle "sedately". But now I ride it "crazy" -- as fast as the top gears will allow. And not only has Biden been correct on the Ukraine crisis -- as a Senator he was always on top of foreign policy -- but last week was a series of legislative victories for him. Some people pretend to be that they aren't -- such as "geriatrician" -- in order to pretend they have an "argument". I keep it simple: I adhere to facts and law.
1
@RobertVeasquez I adhered to the facts in my comment. Reread it until you can set aside your bias and grasp it for the facts stated. Those facts also directly refute the comment to which it was response.
1
@RobertVeasquez If you can't address the facts then engage in personal attack. If you instead chose silence you could be mistaken as choosing individual responsibility. Show us you know how to go away.
1
@RobertVeasquez When you are sufficiently mature to be serious -- actually address issues instead of wallowing in elementary school puerility -- I'll cease knowing you don't exist. Until then I'll block you for being the pointless troll you are.

Honest? She's being political by siding with the perceived "majority". To the contrary, one doesn't distinguish oneself by hiding in the crowd.
1
@Carl G Anyone who believes that she isn't responsible for her own decisions is one who has no grasp on their own individual responsibility. If one is insecure one will doubt other's agency.
1
@Carl G Yes: you believe in conspiracies without a shred of evidence for them. There is a simpler explanation: she changed her view because she wants the VOTES of her CONSTITUENTS.
1
@Carl G In her mind the votes of her constituents are highest priority.
1
@Carl G The correct term -- if one isn't a political bigot -- is DemocratIC. So you're a Republican who wallows in the destructive cesspool politics of Republicans instead of finding your way to being objective. "Justice and the rule of law are to be ABOVE politics." -- John Adams. The United States is a democracy founded on the Constitution. _Ergo_, the gov't is by definition rule of law. To you everything's a conspiracy -- except for far-right destructive fascists who pump out bogus conspiracy "theories," such as Trump and Alex Jones.

It appears there is a range of opinion, and none proven "right".

"apologize" has one "p". "U" is spelled "you're" "R" is spelled "are".

Biden isn't using the office for his benefit. You might instead focus on his support for Ukraine and his major legislative achievements.
1
In other words, despite being 67, you don't actually know what is going on or the major legislative achievements Biden has accomplished. It was the "Boomers" who got "Roe" established. It was those younger generations who got it overturned. Because, ya see, they "think" in terms of their narrow naive limits instead of considering the common good.
1
@gregcurl7367 I'm a "Boomer". Several accomplishments of the "Boomer generation: Got the US out of Vietnam. Established "Earth Day" and initiated the ecology/environmental movement. Established "Roe". The younger generations helped elect Trump. As result, the Trump court ERASED the right of privacy and overturned "Roe". And it will be overturning _Griswold_, which legalized the use of contraception. What does that mean for MEN? State-enforced CHILD SUPPORT.
1
@gregcurl7367 The Founders were also deeply educated -- which you lack. You know nothing about the Founders except that derived from being drunk on someone else's cork. I pointed to accomplishments of younger people: helped elect Trump, the Trump Supreme Court, and its ERASURE of the right of privacy, thus "Roe" is gone, and "Griswold" and others are on the chopping block. All because those younger people know-it-all -- except that they fucked up massively out of the gate. My generation didn't bash the older generation based on our lack of experience. In fact, I learned of climate change in junior high science in the early 1960s. And the movement that founded "Earth Day" and initiated the ecology/environmental movement as a mainstream concern was achieved by my generation -- with ELDER leaders such as Harvard Professor Wald, who was in his 80s, and pediatrician Dr. Benjamin Sock, who was also in his 80s. Those two had been working on the issues beginning in the 1950s. We didn't bash the elderly; we learned from them.

@markbrayX The CBO has said no such thing. Aren't you the one who called Democrats "KKK"? Who is responsible for your ignorance of history: DEMOCRAT JFK submitted civil rights and voting rights bills to Congress. DEMOCRAT LBJ shepherded the 1964 Civil Rights Act through Congress, and signed it into law. DEMOCRAT LBJ shepherded the 1965 Voting rights Act through congress and signed it into law. REPUBLICAN "Federalist Society" Supreme Court Justice Roberts authored the decision GUTTING the Voting Rights Act. The 6 "Federalist Society" religioextremists overturned "Roe," and is targeting "Griswold" and others. The ultimate goal of the extremist right-wing Federalist Society is the repeal of the "New Deal". The Democrats have been DEENDING it from Republican attacks for more than 40 years. Other "Federalist Society" members: John Eastman, and the other lawyers with whom Trump surrounded himself.
