  3.  @hks2377  There have been STANDARDS in place since at latest the 1990s to PREVENT these sorts of tragedies BASED ON prior incidents. Analogously, in 1942, there was a fire at a club in Boston that killed hundreds -- a violation at the time was exit doors being locked. One change in the building code that resulted was adding regular outward-opening doors to the sides of revolving doors, because the dead had been stacked up in the revolving doors that had been jammed in the panic. In other words, the standards to PREVENT what happened already existed; they were simply ignored for two reasons: the focus was on maximizing ticket sales/profits, and Travis Scott has a HISTORY of inciting violence at his concerts. He is quoted as saying, as example, that a "mosh" is not a "mosh" if there are no injuries. And the fans "love" this guy who OBVIOUSLY couldn't care the fuck less about them!? Where are the FANS' heads at that they are willing to throw their lives away for a form of "entertainment" that is DESTRUCTIVE of the fans?
