Many of those who deny it to others will admit it to themselves. Many months or years later they'll say, "I knew it all along."

As one who lived through "Watergate," those hearings were in prime time -- ignore those who misstate that fact -- and were edge-of-the-seat riveting. That "series" ran for more than 50 episodes, and were conducted in both House and Senate.

@wokechoke6845 It's "horrible" only because the networks won't broadcast all the hearings during prime time. How many 9-to-5 employees can watch morning or afternoon hearings? "Watergate" was also different in that the "Washington Post" was publishing daily revelations, and the Senate and House hearings were actively investigating and presenting the evidence on air, and Nixon was bobbing and weaving and attempting to sustain the cover-up. And during that there were several quick appeals to the Supreme Court that were decided in short order, and the "Saturday Night Massacre". Nixon's Solicitor General was Robert Bork, who obeyed Nixon's illegal order to do the firing. And amid all that Nixon's VP, Agnew, was indicted for bribery, pled "no contest" -- bagman bagged -- and resigned.

FOX was SHAMED into showing it. The REAL bombshell is that they can feel SHAME!

@wokechoke6845 I lived through "Watergate". I wasn't born yesterday. The networks are more concerned with ratings than with factual reporting -- different than they were during the 1970s. What they are missing is that these hearings would be a ratings bonanza. "Politico" published a poll in which 67 per cent want prosecutions. And apparently FOX has decided to run the hearings.
