  1. The Court majority declared that there is no "right of privacy". That means all decisions based on that right are on the chopping block including "Griswold," which legalized contraception.

  2. I'd like to see the January 6 Committee subpoena Clarence Thomas and see if this Supreme Court holds that Supreme Court Justices are not above the law. And see if Thomas recuses himself from that decision.

  3. This Court majority is also opposed to the ban of prayer in public schools, and school desegregation. Cornyn is CERTAINLY saying that "Brown" should be overturned, and therefore school SEGREGATION BY RACE be restored.
