@a.barker7792 AG Garland has filed indictments in open court. You haven't heard about those? It's reported today that Jeffrey Clark's house was searched by the FBI this morning (I heard about this last night). The current effort is to dump all blame on John Eastman. I doubt he's willing to take the fall, so if that effort persists he'll likely cooperate against Trump.

@jockyoung4491 And without subpoena. But it does bother that many of Trump's crowd were all in until they suddenly weren't, but didn't resign and report what was happening at the time. Many of his cronies loathed Trump, but he was their ticket to getting their far-right Fascist agenda through. We've seen the six "Federalist Society" extremists on the Supreme Court subvert the First Amendment in order to further their theocratic ambitions, neuter the 4th Amendment, and further the lies against the Second Amendment in support of insurrection.

@a.barker7792 How many times has it been explained to you that investigations and legal processes take time? When are you going to CEASE IGNORING THOSE FACTS?
1
@a.barker7792 And you've yet to LEARN that fact.
1
@a.barker7792 Yeah -- fast and slipshod. You'll be satisfied with perp walks -- and then blame everyone else for the rush when they are acquitted.
1
@a.barker7792 Yes: those who view everything as TeeVee entertainment love to see perp walks. That is not the same as convictions. On what grounds would Kavanaugh be investigated? Who is to make the complaint -- the Senate? And what would be the minimum vote to carry such proposal? Being ignorant of how your gov't works, and disregarding the actual mechanics of due process, blows your bullshit "argument" out of the water. You're no more concerned with actual rule of law than is the typical Republican sheeple. You know who hates gov't -- which is by definition RULE OF LAW? Republicans. And you. The country is in the mess its in because the ELECTORATE is all about "freedom," and never about RESPONSIBILITY, to be informed, and to not seek to elect -- if they vote at all -- their preferred corruption. I saw how the far-Left operated during the 1960s -- they were so self-righteous that they got Nixon elected. Never ones to learn, because they already know it all, the Sanders cult of personality wouldn't recognize a demagogue if he wore a sign identifying himself as being that -- which he is. He promised to destroy the Democratic -- NOT REPUBLICAN -- Party. And helped get Trump elected. And which Party turned out to be the clear and present danger to the rule of law, on which democracy is based?

@jonescharley2105 Actually they haven't cancelled them; they've postponed the next two, and may add others, in order both to absorb a flood of new information, and to provide evidence the DOJ has been requesting. And Jeffrey Clark's house was searched by the FBI seeking evidence of his crimes. So despite your fantasy your career criminal and New York con-man isn't off the hot toilet.

@mywienersyoumusttouch6446 The riots -- incited by street-thug Brown Shits "Proud Boys" -- weren't an insurrection, anti-American law-illiterate. New York career criminal and con-man Trump and his dupes DID commit insurrection.

@alizakessler Where is the EVIDENCE, law-illiterate?
