Understand how legal process works: A defendant is presumed innocent. The burden of proof is on the prosecution to prove guilt. The defendant remains innocent unless and until the jury pronounces guilt. If not guilty, the defendant remains innocent. But the jury does not determine whether the defendant is guilty. They determine whether the prosecution proved guilt. And in this case the EVIDENCE is overwhelming. And insanity defenses are extremely rare, and even more rarely successful. But we've seen the routine before: if a Black kills, he's a "thug". If a white kills, he has "mental issues". I have an education in law, and I adhere strictly to facts -- EVIDENCE -- and law. I don't try to get around all that "technicality" by leaving it out of the equation. Even Agnifilo admitted that the evidence against him is overwhelming until she shut up in exchange for the mega-fees she charges, which only the mega-wealthy, like the murder and terrorist, can pay. Neither she nor her husband would give you or I the time of day. The murderer and terrorist is not your ally. He hangs out in his imagination with the Big Boys like the Unabomber murderer and terrorist. He's mega-wealthy -- that's an entirely different world than the world of "justice" as the rest of us imagine and experience it.
