@wrayven It is obvious you are not educated in law, or how to deal civilly in either role -- prosecutor or defense attorney. The goal is to persuade the jury to side with you and your client; being loud and bullying does not accomplish that goal. You agree with his FALSE view; none of which has anything to do with "news stream," and everything to do with his behavior. He sounds not like a lawyer but instead like a criminal client. You'd doubtless defend Giuliani as a "successful lawyer," despite the fact that he was a decades-long friend of and co-corrupt with Trump. There is VIDEO of Giuliani making this assertion -- "TRUTH ISN'T TRUTH!" Is that a "truth"? Or is it a drunkard's understanding of Orwell? While Giuliani was prosecuting the "Italian" mafia he didn't touch the Chinese or Russian mafias, which operated out of Trump Tower. At a public press conference, with his mistress attending, he announced that he was divorcing his then-wife -- which is when his then-wife learned of it. Class act, eh?

They are discussing the probabilities based upon the evidence and most recent testimony. If you watch MSNBC you'll get to see a panel of seasoned trial lawyers explain the process, the law, the evidence, and discuss the probabilities. And it is certain the prosecution is discussing the probabilities, which they do at every step of the process. No one knows what the jury will decide until that is made public. That does not educate the public as to the evidence, witnesses, process, and law -- which is RELEVANT.

The reality of the case is different: This is a DOCUMENTS case. All the witnesses do is fill in the details. The CENTRAL document is the Michael Cohen requested from Cohen by Weaselberg. On the invoice Weaselberg wrote down all the amounts to reimburse Cohen, which totaled $420,000. Now pay attention to this detail: The reimbursement to Cohen INCLUDED the amount of TAXES Cohen would have to pay on the fake "income" of $130,000. The actual $130,000 Cohen paid, as shown by THOSE documents, was obtained by Cohen taking out a mortgage on his home. When did YOUR employer BOTH pay you your income AND pay YOUR income taxes?

COMPETENT legal representation develops a "theory of the case" that accounts for ALL the evidence -- including that AGAINST the client. Haberman, who isn't a lawyer, pointed to evidence that refutes his bellicose bullshitting.

Trump's criminal indictments were handed down by four different and independent grand juries of his peers, based on EVIDENCE. He was adjudicated liable for defamation by a jury of his peers, based on EVIDENCE. The Trump organization/criminal enterprise was found liable for massive fraud going back DECADES by a jury of his peers, based on EVIDENCE. He is an adjudicated RAPIST by a jury of his peers, based on EVIDENCE. Only CRIMINALS are okay with RAPE.

@wholelottamoney4595 The judge presides -- that he is elevated above all others is a symbol of authority. And s/he conducts the trial according to the rules. The jury relies on the judge. Witnesses that pick fights with the judge lose the jury. That and other portions of the transcript were read on MAINSTREAM media by seasoned trial lawyers, and discussed.

Did FOX report to you that FOX had to pay Dominion Voting Systems almost 1 billion dollars for defamation -- a case proven with documents AND RECORDINGS from WITHIN FOX? The main malefactor that cost FOX that near-billion, though not the only one, was Tucker Carlson -- which is why FOX said to him: "You're FIRED!"

The legal profession has long neglected their responsibility to educate the public -- because, law-illiterate, not having an education in law means you don't have a clue unless it is explained to you by those who do have such education. Finally they are providing that education -- it is essential to understand how the gov't functions, how legal process works, the difference between FACT and "opinion". The difference between LAW and NON-law. The difference between bullshit and competence. You don't learn any of that by refusing to learn: legal professionals who are, as example, trial veterans, can EDUCATE you to those essentials. It isn't "spin," or 'opinion," or "entertainment". I'd ask what you believe with conviction, but it's obvious you don't actually believe anything: the cynic is YOU. And that is based on the false assumption that you are SUPERIOR to everyone who knows stuff you can't be bothered to learn because you can always mischaracterize everything in order to remain petulant based on nothing at all.
