  1. The Trump campaign arranged with a Republican in Coffee County to send a letter "inviting" Trump campaign people to the County to commit the crime. That person then wrote and sent the "invitation" letter to the Trump campaign. The prosecution has not only the texts and emails around that letter but also that letter.

  2. Trump is attempting to shoehorn his First amendment "argument" into the case. Sometimes words in themselves can be a crime.
