  3. @Kent Peet Trump's appointees to the Supreme Court have the job; they no longer need him. In addition, the rejected one of his suits, holding unanimously that he isn't above the law. And rejected his fraudulent "election fraud" appeal. That court is in enough trouble over its perception of legitimacy -- allowing Texas's direct attack on their authority to stand -- without adding to it backing Trump's anti-Americanism.
