How about not electing them?

@Winstonblack22 So Trump saying ON VIDEO that the Constitution should be terminated is "fake news"? As concerns rule of law v. lawless criminality, Trump's statement is FAKE "patriotism". Clues, history-illiterate: 1. The Founders attacked and "overthrew" this many gov'ts: ZERO. Because all the gov'ts in question were at all times, all along, under the control of the Founders. 2. The Founders not only PROHITIED violence against gov't, they tried INSURRECTIOISTS who attempted it as TRAITORS and sentenced them TO DEATH. 3. Trump is a third-generation New York con-man and career criminal. Only suckers fall for him, and only criminals defend him.

@agolftwittler1223 No, he was not picked by the Electoral College BECAUSE the Electoral College withstood his attack on the elections. What YOU want is to eliminate the multilayer checks-and-balances of election certifications so elections can be stolen DIRECTLY. I have yet to hear you law-illiterates attack the Electoral College based on ACTUAL RESEARCH into WHY it was established.

@agolftwittler1223 False. The Electoral College -- which you should have learned from the results of the 2020 election -- is not arbitrary. the United States is not an anarchy; its democracy is based on the rule of law. There are elections and the results of those between "We the people" and public offices. We don't determine the outcome of elections based upon those who are blind to the existence of law, and legal structures, or who reject the rule of law. Presidential elections are not determined by the popular vote; they are determined by the voters' choices of electors of the Electoral College. Now do us a favor: SHOW US that you know WHY the Electoral College was established, or STFU.

@agolftwittler1223 The Electoral College was implemented to PREENT demagogues and the unqualified being elected. But the assumption was that the electorate would fulfill ITS RESPONSIBILITY as SELF-GOVERNING by KNOWING WHAT WAS ACTUALLY GOING ON. Instead there is a substantial portion of the electorate who falsely believe everything is about "freedom" -- FROM RESPONSIBILITY. And who reject education, and knowing the difference between fact and fantasy, in the false belief that there is GREATER "freedom" in being STUPID. SELF-GOVERNANCE REQUIRES RESPONSIBILlTY.

@agolftwittler1223 The popular vote has never been the deciding factor in presidential elections.

@agolftwittler1223 There was no threat in 1788 that the Southern states would leave the Union. You're thinking of the Civil War, and you are basing your specious attacks on the false assumption that the Electoral College was established to protect slavery. I've seen the same bullshit lie made about the Second Amendment. The DEBATES of the WRITING of the Amendment are in print and readily available: NOTHING in them about slavery; the PURPOSE of the Amendment was to establish a NATIONAL DEFENSE relying on the well-regulated Militia. Some states used subsets of their STATE militia as slave patrols. If the Second Amendment had been about protecting slavery then ALL the states would have been required to have slave patrols, but most did not.

@agolftwittler1223 You keep changing your explanation for why the electoral College. Delaware, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Vermont were also low-population states.

The Constitution is the foundation of the GOV'T, AND protects various rights of "We the people". And We the people" are the gov't, through elected representation, which is called "self-gov't". And the gov't exists to meet the needs of "We the people," as determined by "We the people" -- against which rule of law the Republicans are at war.

How is Biden's "agenda" -- Congress approved it, and added its initiatives -- "out of control"? We don't know because slogans don't communicate actual substance and meaning. They are buzz phrases for the stupid. Debt out of control? How about repealing Trump's Tax Cut for Billionaires"?
