  1. NATO is a TREATY. Per the Constitution's Supremacy Clause, TREATIES are PART OF THE CONSTITUTION. NO president has the authority to "withdraw" from the Constitution.

  2. Without Ukraine as the front-line defense of democracy, and NATO, it would be US boots on the ground in Europe for the THIRD time. Twice the US was sucked into European wars; NATO put a STOP to that. NATO is US defense of the US.
