And he was 60s. He "blocked" her within the room. And she was aware that his bodyguard was outside the room guarding the door.

@robertopalma9091 Every American, regardless how different, as is the nature of individualism in a democracy and protected by the Fist Amendment, is an American. Except for those who claim some Americans aren't actually American -- they have no legal ground or authority to make such BIGOTED anti-American declarations. Especially as ours is majority-rule democracy, and you are in the minority. You aren't oppressed, but you aren't the majority, and it i delusion by means of which you falsely imagine Trump represents a majority -- and the polls are shifting to Biden even despite his position on Israel-Gaza, and that too is shifting because that requires changing a foreign policy that has been entrenched for 80 years. And Biden is shifting that fundamental policy. You're about personal attacks because you have no awareness beyond bogus "grievances" and hate. Trump "loves" the uneducated because you are so easy to bullshit in exchange for your money.

Honig is mostly wrong on this one.

Keep reminding the jury that Trump had sex with Stormy Daniels. There was history of Stormy Danels trying to tell her story when no media were listening, and there was no money in it. Only because of the "Access Hollywood" tape did the media show interest; so she said, "Okay, there may be money in selling the story." But the story existed, and she was telling it, before there was any money in the picture. So keep reminding the jury that Trump had sex with Stormy Daniels -- the one thing the defense and defendant DO NOT want to establish. And that she was in fact paid money to shut up -- she doubtless provided copy of the NDA to the prosecution. And that that goes to Michael Cohen, who was known to be Trump's NASTY "fixer" for ten years. And has been shown to NOT be paying her out of his own debt-incurring goodness of heart. And shown that he was reimbursed by Trump, including for the taxes on that "income" AND a bonus. And Trump still hasn't reimbursed his friend Pecker for the $150,000 to shut up McDougal.

The judge will be pronouncing sentence. Trump's attacks on voting are resulting in Republicans who believe him NOT VOTING.

@EdTex7643 Substanceless personal attack noted. Being a US citizen includes the RESPONSIBILITY to be accurately informed. You reject being so. I have an education in law, and am steeped in Constitutions -- US, state, and world.

@ginahill503 And they are going to make it worse by harping on the very thing they don't want the jury to know: that Trump had sex with Stormy Daniels, and that is why she was paid to shut up. I love how easy it was for a pornographic film star to seduce Trump into paying her $130,000 for his one-night-spanking.

And we have the recording on which he said to pay IN CASH -- he didn't want a paper trail. Cohen wanted the paper trail to protect himself.

And I like that the defense is going to make an issue in the jurors' minds of that the defense doesn't want the jury to know: that Trump had sex with Stormy Daniels.

He's a hack. I doubt he's ever litigated anything. Ad if he ever set foot in a court it was to sit in the peanut gallery.

Business expenses are tax write-offs. Business fraud is tax evasion.

The anchor was making a valid point about sharing intimate details in public.

@KathyKaulk Others have recognized her vulnerability. That you don't get it only means you are so intent on disparaging that you don't recognize it.

Only in this instance -- and he is mostly wrong here.

Perhaps she "hesitates" to evaluate the exhibit. In addition: there is no EVIDENCE of "extortion" by Daniels -- which is a fact-free conclusion, a baseless smear.

We should report fake news -- which is Trump's cesspool -- in effort to "prove" Trump's lies? The gun violence and homicide is higher in Red states than in Blue states. But you won't hear Republicans admit that.
