  1. Note that Agnifilo is only arguing terrible conditions for his wealthy client/s. No one else matters, though it's possible he could pursue a class action in behalf of the entire prison population. But the latter would cost money.

  4. imagine if "they" treated the mega-wealthy white privileged murderer the same as all the other inmates, some of whom are probably innocent. But not the Agnifilos: they are upper-scale lawyers who only take the most lucrative cases. They couldn't care less about anyone lesser than their clientele.
