  3. It IS a school-related activity. They already ruled within the last several weeks that taxpayer funds can be used to support private "religious" schools. The religiofanatics on the Court have ELIMINATED the right of privacy because the words "right of privacy" do not appear in the Constitution. They also deny there is a separation of "religion" and gov't because the words "separation of church and state" don't appear in the Constitution. They rely on stupid elementary-school-level literalists to swallow their subversions of the Constitution in order to impose their "religion" on the rest of us.
