  2. Trump sent a letter to Bannon telling him that he, Trump, waives executive privilege so Bannon can testify to the Committee. At the same time, Trump's lawyer in Court said that Bannon didn't have executive privilege. It appears Trump and Bannon, with Trump, have been plotting ways to undermine the Committee. The Committee should ignore him. And ignore Rhodes who "coincidentally" now wants to testify to the Committee.
