  2.  @IAMNOTAYOUTUBER  The fake Shaman AND his lawyer ARE LYING on that point: the judge saw VIDEO of the Shaman walking into the Capital on his own initiative. And if you saw the video in the Senate chamber, where the fake Shaman was bellowing nonsensical gibberish, and left the threatening note for Pence, there is a cop there -- by himself against the mob -- who is calm, and working to persuade the mob to leave. That was smart policing: he was outnumbered. And the cop who was dragged into the mob and beaten, who radio, badge, and ammunition was stolen, and the mob tried to get his gun while shouting, "Shoot him with his own gun!" later, in interview, said that you get the idea to shoot, but how many could he have shot before he was overwhelmed? Certainly there are members of the Capital Police who are racists, and Trump supporters -- some 20 or so have been suspended pending investigation. The question is whether they had the AUTHORITY to simply let people in, while there is a metal detector at the entrance. But that isn't what happened with the fake Shaman.

And the GALL that he wanted to be released to his mother's custody --- after his mother had said that he "did nothing wrong". Five people dead, he was one of the insurrectionists, and "he did nothing wrong"!? "Sure, I'm a bank robber, and my mom is a petty shoplifter, but it's safe to release me to her custody."

  9. Many will seek plea deals in exchange for guilty pleas. That means the will be required to turn over evidence, if not also testify, against others. These are stupid people who are law-illiterate, and having relied on straight-up bullshit pseudo-law as self-justifications. Most will be terrified into cooperating when the realities of what they face sink in. And not only the fake Shaman, but also his lawyer, have pissed off the judge not only by the Shaman trying to change his story -- contrary to the statements he's made publicly with full confidence -- but the lawyer seeking publicity for himself, instead of focusing on defending his client, and lying to the judge.
