  1. If Navarro believes what he did is legal, then he should have no hesitation to speak to the Committee and provide the documents on which he bases his claims that what he did is legal. In terms of law he is in a mess and making it worse for himself.

  2. He's an alleged "economist," which rarely if ever is about competence in law. He certainly does like to be abusive by talking over and yelling. A lawyer would have told him long ago to shut the fuck up. But he is representing himself in court -- a person who represents himself in court has a fool for a client -- probably because he has made such admissions and a mess that no lawyer will take the case. We'll see if he smartens up now that he faces a criminal charge. Hypocrisy? More like stupid and full of himself.
