Donald Thorpe Yes: it isn't a "show": it is a presentation of the EVIDENCE. Overcome your being dupe of the New York grifter Trump by focusing on the EVIDENCE.

@justranting4510 "Tell me are they going to show the thousands of photos of BLM and FBI agents that were there?" Don't you have such alleged photos? Or are you simply, mindlessly repeating LIES intended to DISTRACT from the facts that have been found and are being presented to us via the hearings in which MOST of the witnesses establishing the facts are REPUBLCIANS, including those CLOSEST to Trump himself? You do know that Ivanka is Trump's daughter -- correct? And you did watch and see her say that she accepted Barr's statement that there was no election fraud? And that Barr, lifelong REPUBLICAN, was appointed by Trump? And that Barr testified that he told Trump, at least three times, that the claims of "election fraud" -- being made by Trump -- were "bullshit," and "nonsense," and "crazy"? Who are you going to believe if not your own eyes and ears? A New York grifter and lifelong liar and career criminal named Donald Trump? Or those who were (1) REPUBLICANS, and (2) THERE at the time and who REPEATEDLY told Trump he'd LOST?

@AT-nq6cu "Did anyone cross-examine the so-called evidence?" 1. During investigations one is constantly critically evaluating facts discovered, and seeking either other facts corroborating them, or facts that disprove them. That's how fundamental critical thinking works in all areas of life. What YOU are doing is clinging to a BIAS, and thus in keeping with that BIAS attempting to REJECT EVIDENCE you DON'T LIKE. That is flat-out juvenile. A single word for it is: STUPID. 2. Congress's role is to investigate toward LEGISLATING. The Congress is not a court, and the investigations it conducts are not "trials". The idea that the current Republican members are "cross-examining" anything is nonsense: they spend all their time disrupting and preventing the House from FUNCTIONING. They are NOT engaged in the process of governing and legislating -- which is what they are elected to do. Like it or not, the issue is GUNS -- which is why the Republicans, who are OWNED by the gun industry and the NRA, want to talk about ANYTHING BUT guns. In fact they are not defending gun rights; they are beyond that into defending mass murder. 3. The evidence gathered, and presented in the separate branch Judiciary -- the courts -- will be "cross-examined" THEN. And that won't be the FIRST time the evidence will be subjected to critical evaluation.

@AT-nq6cu Dershowitz is not a "Liberal" and I'm not impressed by your dragging that right-wing Trumpist in. He's irrelevant. And I already EXPLAINED it: "Where are the Trump people in the committee to challenge to cross-examine what is put forward?" The January 6 Committee's purpose to INVESTIGATE. It is not a "trial," or a forum for LIARS to disrupt and subvert the process. Where are the "Trump people [on] the committee"? As REPUBLICAN Kevin McCarthy: in a recorded conversation on January 6 or 7 told his REPUBLICAN caucus that that a BIPARTISAN COMMISSION was needed to investigate all that happened. But remember what happened? -- Kevin McCarthy PULLED his REPUBLICAN appointees to the Committee because the REPUBLCIANS he chose have a history of being DISRUPTIVE in order to PREVENT ANYTHING being done. As the EVIDENCE ALSO shows, one of those McCarthy wanted on the Committee was Congressman Perry, who tried to engineer putting Clark as head of the DOJ -- and SUBSEQUENTLY begged Trump for a PARDON. We don't put CRIMINALS in charge of their own trials, jerk.

@AT-nq6cu "Justice and the Rule of Law are to be ABOVE politics." -- John Adams. See if you can achieve that. I doubt you can, because so far all you've done is spew baseless hate-politics against the rule of law.

@AT-nq6cu If the Constitution is, as you assert, a Liberal document, then you know it is pro-gun control, and pro-ensuring that all military forces are UNDER the thumb of the rule of law and governed by the Civil Power -- the GOV'T. As is obvious in its PROHIBITION against "taking up arms" against the gov't/rule of law, which is insurrection. And in ARMING the Militia in place of relying on private individuals' pop-guns. Keep shooting yourself in both feet simultaneously and you'll be in hawk for multiple prosthetic devices.

@AT-nq6cu Dershowitz is FOX propaganda and Trump. He is far-RIGHT Yes, the Constitution is a Liberal document. The Founders who wrote the Constitution were Liberals who established a liberal pluralistic democracy. And you despise Liberals. Your chosen alternative is Fascism. Hitler and Mussolini were Fascists. Putin in a Fascist. "ANTIFA," which is an "idea" not a "thing," is ANTI-Fascism.
