The Supreme Court is facing a direct challenge to its authority. They have to block the law.

Uh, no: Davis applied her politics to the issue; she didn't merely "file paperwork". "Justice and the rule of law are to be ABOVE politics." -- John Adams. Learn how to do better than childish name-calling based upon absolute ignorance of history and politics. Begin with the fact that everyone not Hitler was to the LEFT of Hitler.

@motoman22atgmail You obviously don't understand the meaning of the oath to support and defend the Constitution and laws that all public officials swear. Nor do you understand the case because you reject the fact that the Constitution, the SUPREME law of the land, separates "religion" from gov't. In sum, you not only don't respect the rights of others, but fundamentally reject the rule of law. All in the name of a "God" that can't be proven to exist.

@motoman22atgmail Her "religion" was her politics. The First Amendment separates "religion" from gov't.

@motoman22atgmail I'm not the issue -- the LAW is. And I have no idea to what imagined "lawsuit" you refer. Could it be the 60-plus Trump lawsuits that were dismissed for LACK OF EVIDENCE? IN FACT, moron, if a lawsuit HAS NO MERIT, it is DISMISSED. And that often happens at the clerk's office, when, say, a "sovereign citizen" attempts to file a "lawsuit" that doesn't meet the basic criteria, such as being in the correct office in which to file it. "I don't care if Davis thinks she can choose not to file" -- but, to the contrary, you do care when an alleged "Democrat" refuses to file an alleged "lawsuit". Don't be offended: I'm enjoying your lack of making sense.

If you want a clear issue turned to mush, listen to Republican Toobin.

@bostonplace2314 That substantiates my evaluation that Toobin is a Republican.

@bostonplace2314 Catch up with reality: the right-wing OBSESSION with sexuality INCLUDES PROHIBITING CONTRACEPTION. Abortion does not kill "babies": one is to THINK with one's HEAD, NOT with one's uneducated emotions.

@DemonDog444 No. You don't have the right to impose your anti-science "religion" on others.

@bostonplace2314 Moron: "Roe" was based upon the privacy right detailed in "Griswald," which struck down laws prohibiting the use of contraceptives. Your anti-Constitutional faction is ALSO targeting "Griswald" for reversal. That means, head-in-the-sand fool, your faction of anti-democratic "religionists" are also about prohibiting the use of contraceptives. See what happens when you want others' than yourself stripped of their rights? It also strips YOU of YOUR rights. You don't have the right to impose your crackpot anti-science "religion" on others. Mecial science can better explain to you -- which would doubtless be beyond your comprehension -- that contraception is not 100 per cent effective. And there are times that abortion is MEDICALLY necessary to protect the health and life of the woman. But you don't care about any of that: all that matters to you is to beat people of the head with your malinformed bigotry against others' right of privacy.
