We are witnessing the fact that having a law degree and being a judge doesn't mean that one is intelligent either in IQ or judgment. He has his "Bible" to keep him stupid, and predatory capitalism, and that's all he cares about.

The CONGRESS shall have Power To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute [ENFORE] the Laws of the Union, SUPPRESS INSURRECTIONS, and repel Invasions." And this: "Art. I., S. 8., C. 16. The CONGRESS shall have Power To provide for organizing, ARMING, and disciplining the Militia". And this: "Art. II., S. 2. The President shall be Commander in Chief . . . of the Militia". Where was he on January 6th? Would you call it AWOL?

The problem is that you're a right-wing Trumper who approves the assault on the Constitution because you forgot that your oath is to the Constitution, not to any person. From the foremost constitutionalist among the Founders: "A system of Laws, and not of men." -- John Adams. "Justice and the Rule of Law are to be ABOVE politics." -- John Adams. That especially applies to Supreme Court Justices, of which anti-separation of "religion' and gov't pro-insurrection Alito is one. This is in the Constitution he too hasn't apparently bothered to read: "Art. I., S. 8., C. 15. The president is the Commander-in-Chief of the DC National Guard. Where was he on January 6th? -- sitting on his ass and enjoying the "reality" TV "entertainment" he planned, organized, and directed. And then he smeared House Speaker Pelosi -- who is in a separate branch of gov't, and not in the military chain of command -- and former UN ambassador and private citizen Nicky Haley, who wasn't even in gov't on that day -- for not providing security on that date. Unlike draft-dodger Trump, Biden has skin in the game: one of his son's served in the military, and died as consequence.

@batriley6208 It isn't like the Join Chiefs were AWOL, right? This video is about the overtly corrupt and anti-Constitutional Alito. But you have to gratuitously drag in an appointee of the Democratic administation, though totally irrelevant to the issue. I'll believe you served in the military -- you are defending a person who is attacking the rule of law itself, beginning with the Constitution. when you remember that your oath was to the Constitution, not to any person or political party.

When you can produce documentation proving that his staff and others in the chain of command didn't know where he was, then we'll believe your attack on him has substance. Until then you're engaged in the Republican tradition of Smear Politics.

He is still writing opinions that are assigned to him by Chief Justice Roberts. And Roberts is voting with him. So Roberts is no less radical except that he wanted to slow these decisions down so they'd be under the radar. Alito and the Trump appointees are saying: "Fuck that. Let's get this done NOW!"

@georgewolfe3318 Stop the stupid. This is the science and reality: 1. "Sex" = anatomy. 2. "Gender" = psychosexual identity. The two are not always "congruent" in keeping with the simplistic norm preached by those ignorant, and rejecting of, the scientific reality. The REALITY is why there are, as example, homosexuals. The First amendment separates "religion" and gov't. Keep your poorly-understood "religion" out of it.

@georgewolfe3318 That Alito is a pro-insurrectionist and "religious" bigot does not justify your equivalent stupidity: his rulings on such as abortion -- the actual issue is PROBLEM AND NON-VIABLE PREGNANCIES -- substantiate that he does not know what he's talking about. But for him all that matters is prohibiting anything that looks to him like abortion -- the medical procedure necessary to deal with problem and non-viable pregnancies IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE HEALTH, AND SAVE THE LIFE OF, the woman.

@susanqtips Self-righteous = arrogant. Christ preached humility. Their "Christianity" is twisted self-justification for vindictiveness. One wonders what the hairs across their asses are -- they are certainly not moral in going after people who have never done them harm. And neither he nor his wife are especially intelligent. And from the recording of her voice she sounds like she may be at most a high school graduate who never had an interest in education, and has absolutely no individual insight. @brandex2011 The FACT is that he and his wife are also stupid -- keep in mind that 50 per cent of lawyers were graduated in the BOTTOM half of their class. In fact, it is stunning how stupid they are -- as if unable to even imagine beyond themselves because so trapped in their smallness. In speaking their level of understanding and language is essentially high school -- it's as if they haven't learned anything from life. The consequence of persistent stupidity tends to be "evil". But I stay away from loaded "religious" terms -- especially when dealing with subjectivist religionuts.
