  5. The First Amendment PROHIBTS CONGRESS from interfering in freedom of speech, and conscience, and belief. Privacy means that a homeowner can throw out of their home individuals who insist on shitting on the living room rug and claiming it is "freedom of expression" protected by the First Amendment.
