  5.  @gordondwyer3641  Anyone is capable of believing anything they want. But believing a belief does not mean the belief is true. Free will doesn't exist without responsible exercise therefor. That's what rule of law, on which our democracy is based, guarantees EVERYONE has the SAME rights, and that those rights are not to be violated or infringed. That means that everyone ALSO has the RESPONSIBILITY to limit the exercise of one's rights so as not to violate the rights of others. For that exceedingly practical reason there are no "absolute" "rights". The exercise of one's protected freedom of choice -- not willy-nilly exercise of one's "free will" -- which some "religionists" deny exists -- is, therefore, limited. As for those "religionists": the First Amendment separates "religion" from gov't, and also prohibits POLITICAL VIOLENCE. And the first obligation of gov't is to protect public health and safety. So human reality is more complex than simpleton's slogans totally lacking in context. The omitted context is reality. "A system of LAWS, and not of men." -- John Adams. Former DOJ Prosecutor Adam Schiff nailed Hur on the policies of DOJ which require omitting irrelevancies having nothing to do with the legal issue at hand. Hur is not qualified to assess cognitive functioning -- but he engages in that despite his lack of qualifications; he perhaps should be charged with practicing medicine without a license.

Same with the interview transcript: he asked the questions, and Biden answered them, but Hur only acknowledges that that "language" is in the transcript. He is a stunningly and transparently incompetent lawyer. Or hhis indulgence in political disinformation -- lying is lifelong.

Or the minor error as basis for the dismissal is easily corrected and the charges refiled. There's always more FACTS to issues than you MAGAots admit when you can instead find a way to falsify the actual full fact.
