  1. This guy should read Jacobson v. Massachusetts in which the Supreme Court upheld a vaccine mandate that didn't include testing as an option. Jacobson was an anti-vaxxer and he LOST all the way to and in the US Supreme Court. What's most useful about the decision is that it includes a plain0English explanation of democracy and majority rule against destructive numerical minorities. The majority has a right to preotect itself against, as example, the anti-vaxxer nut-fringe.
