  1. When re-elected, Nixon had 68 per cent approval. And no one believed a president could be "got". When Nixon resigned his approval was 16-19 per cent. That was result of the hearings. The January 6 Committee hearings will help establish the public -- political -- grounds for indictments, though I don't believe Garland needs that to indict. And Trump will be indicted.
