  4. Only those who falsely believe in "states' rights" -- racist code-speak -- as superior to the Federal Constitution and gov't want the issue to be a "states' rights" issue. But, then, they also want the ban to be Federal. Only when the Federal gov't supports their racism do they approve of the Federal gov't. Tail wagging dog -- they ignore the US Constitutions SUPREMACY Clause: "Art. VI., C. 2. This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof . . . under the Authority of the United States, shall be the SUPREME Law of the Land . . . any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.".
