This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof . . . under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land . . . any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding." United States law already PROHIBITS noncitizens from voting, therefore it cannot be legal in any State, so is not legal in Vermont, and it doesn't happen because in order to vote one must register. The "illegals" to which the bigots -- and you -- refer in pursuit of your attack on the rule of law are a fiction, a lie. Under US law, everyone under the jurisdiction of US law is presumed innocent unless and until adjudicated, in a court of law, to be guilty of whatever the charge. So-called "illegals" are not "illegal" unless and until adjudicated so in a court of law. Go back to defending Putin's genocidal war against democracy in Ukraine.

See youtube channel "Joe Blogs". Trump is a domestic enemy claiming to be a Conservative Republican. And you also buy the Second Amendment lie -- which is a rejection of the Constitution. So you'll be voting for Trump against the United States and the rule of law. And you actually believe that Dictator Trump WOULDN'T "come for your guns"!? The SUPREME Law of the Land is the US constitution -- there is no alternative "higher" or equal law. ALL of the Constitution is in effect at all times. This is in the Constitution YOU HAVE NEVER READ: "Art. I., S. 8., C. 15. CONGRESS shall have the Power To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute [ENFORCE] the Laws of the Union, SUPPRESS INSURRECTIONS, and repel Invasions." And this: "Art. I., S. 8., C. 16. CONGRESS shall have the Power To provide for organizing, ARMING, and disciplining, the Militia . . . reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers [by the governor and legislature], and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed BY CONGRESS".
