  1. You supposedly work for a law firm. And yet you aren't aware that "discovery" doesn't happen during investigations against the investigating body? Especially as the Committee in Congress is not a trial or prosecution. He is to testify under oath, which includes the right to invoke the 5th Amendment. Those are his protections: telling the truth, or invoking the 5th. He has no right of "discovery," and they don't have to give him anything except a seat to sit in, and those rights: tell the truth, or plead the 5th. His effort to bully the Committee only expose him yet again as still being an anti-gov't -- rule of law -- asshole.
