  1. The 2000 election was SUBVERTED by the UNELECTED Supreme Court -- SCALIA -- by intervening while Bushit's lead was shrinking. Before Bushit ran to the Supreme Court he three times appealed to Federal Court. That court told him, all three times, to wait until all the votes had been counted THEN appeal to that court. Two of the three judges in those rulings were appointed by REPUBLICANS. Under the Constitution -- 12th Amendment -- the PROPER forum was the ELECTED CONGRESS, so if "We the people" didn't approve of that outcome that Congress could be VOTED OUT. One DOES NOT put the outcome of ELECTIONS into the hands of the UNelected.
