Rich part is that, had the territories still remained colonized under 1st world countries under White Man´s burden logic, the resources from those places would´ve still been taken from, but at least the colonizers would´ve to guarantee development of infrastructure in the regions. Now that they are out, all we see is dictatorships or corruption in Africa and poor attempts at infrastructure production, thats what the West gets for leaving it to the Wolves
