  2. False premise. There are oodles of unedited pictures of the Earth from space, going back to 1946, most of them easily found online.

  3.  @TheOriginalNatBurner  You are right, there was no one in space in 1946. What there was, was the captured V-2 rocket No. 13 with a film camera pointing down, taking photos automatically, going up 65 miles. Its photos don't show the entire globe, but they do clearly show its curved horizon.

But I'll tell you why there's no such video you want anyway: there's no point, for two reasons. One- if there were, you would just move the goalposts and demand more proof. I've been watching you deniers for years now and that's what you do, when you get the evidence you demand: you just say FAKE!!! again and ask for more- higher definition, more observers, proof it isn't CGI, whatever. And the second reason: NASA, and other space agencies, are not in the business of pandering to the desires of a fringe group of conspiracy theorists. They don't give a rat's ass what you believe, nor should they.

A vacuum has no temperature. Have you looked up the difference between heat and temperature yet? Or how heat is transferred in a vacuum? Please do, because your entire claim is based on your misunderstanding of this.

  9. ​@vincentgroudeniutes1655 Okay. Like frank, I looked up several data sheets on Ektachrome film. I was also unable to find any official temperature ranges published. The reason why is not a mystery. Film does not work perfectly within a given range and fail suddenly outside of that range. What happens (disregarding some minor effects on exposure time and color balance) is this: if Ektachrome (or any other acetate/celluloid film gets too cold (well under freezing), then it is not damaged, but it becomes more brittle and must be handled carefully. As it gets warmer, it starts to degrade more rapidly, and will not remain usable for as long. There's no way to put any number on this, but it's recommended that film not be stored over any length of time at more than about 100⁰F. Meanwhile- what were the surface temperatures on the Moon during the times the astronauts were there? Did the astronauts put the cameras down on the ground?

  11. In addition to the other comments- how do you know how big the Earth looked to the astronauts on the Moon? Depending on the field of view of a camera, and how a photo is cropped, any object can be made to look any size.

  22.  @aemrt5745  I knew it. Dark room work here too. And also a lot of buying old cameras at St, Vincent de Paul's and messing around with pinhole cameras, etc. Those were the days. Ansel Adams' darkroom? Woot. All I can counter to that is crawling inside the antenna at Bell Labs that detected the CMB. A friend of mine worked there in the 80's.

  24. Btw, the story that ostriches hide their heads in the sand in case of danger goes back to Pliny the Elder and is, as anyone with any sense might imagine, bullshit. I've seen ostriches in the wild in Tanzania and what they do in case of danger is- you guessed it- run like hell.

Only two people have answered me so far, but both said this: the Devil makes them do it. That's because if we hear the "truth" about the flat Earth but persist in believing the globe Earth "lie", then our souls are forfeit, and Satan can whisk us off to Hell with no complaints from God. I kid you not.
