  1. Linda: while it's easy to get into a mindset about north being up and south being down, because of the way most maps and globes are oriented, it's just a convention. Down mean towards the center of the Earth, not south.

  5. ​ @yazzamx6380  Yep. The fact that flat Earthers don't understand that there can be degrees of pear shapedness is typical of their inability to understand scale in general. To them, if the Earth doesn't look like a Bartlett pear, complete with stem and leaf, it can't be pear shaped.
