"US first" is always a ridiculous and wrong sh.t "motto", except for some really bad things, like : ignorance, stupidity, cupidity, arrogance, stereotypes, chauvinism, biggotry, guns, murders, (lost) wars, and all the awful and gross things like these. Too bad that US are not first in (at least) one positive thing. It's too late for them to try to improve : they don't want to learn, and their little brains are overflooded by fat and propaganda. They're speeding on the highway to self-destruction. Yes : stupidity can be lethal sometimes ! Ciao stronzi !
